Twitter has the ability to send donations in cryptocurrency

Twitter has added the ability to send donations in BTC. To date, the function works only on iOS devices. In the near future, the company plans to add it to Android as well.

To send a donation you will need to click on the icon next to the "Read" button and select the application through which you will make the payment (without commission). A quick payment is provided by Lighting Network technology.

Only adult users will be able to use this feature.

The introduction of bitcoin into Twitter was talked about back in the summer by the social network's creator Jack Dorsey. In addition to supporting authors, Dorsey was considering the possibility of subscriptions paid for in bitcoins.
